IDP Combo Applications bundle a provisional and a non-provisional application, to allow for fast filing with a provisional application, with more time to analyze or further develop the invention, before filing a complete non-provisional application.

IDP Kickstart bundles a set of provisional and non-provisional applications. This allows a company seeking patent protection for a portfolio of evolving innovations, to file consecutive provisional patent applications, securing their innovation as it evolves. As the development stabilizes the innovation can be captured in complete non-provisional patent applications, establishing priority from the provisional applications. An IDP Kickstart Gold Package for two medium size inventions is only $9,995 + USPTO fees, which includes two non-provisional application, and up to 4 provisional applications.
