Buying a home in France is very different in many ways from buying a home, for instance, in the United States.  In the United States, things are more orderly.  We have a Multiple Listing Service, for example, that allows anyone to compare properties for sale.  This does not exist in France.  Also, here in the United States, we are mostly used to a system where an agent procures an exclusive listing, and then other agents bring in buyers for the property.  For the most part, exclusive listings do not exist in France.  A property owner, for instance, can make different agreements with different brokers and not be bound to any one of them, and just see what happens.  There are different rules of taxation, inheritance, etc.

This video conferencing and consulting service is available to individuals and small groups who have a serious interest in buying property in France, but who need additional help in the way of experienced and trusted advice.
