Follow on Google News | Coaching and Mentoring through the internetA new coaching and mentoring service accessible from anywhere in the world.
The continuing demand for affordable face-to-face business support has prompted enterprise collaborative Harlow Business Mentors to develop a new internet-based mentoring service, particularly suited to new businesses and people thinking of starting one. The service uses the free Skype and Facetime video conferencing platforms and costs £36 for an hour of one-to-one advice and mentoring. The scheme is the brainchild of experienced local businessmen and management mentors Chris Greenhill, Charles Payne and Ian Hudson who between them have many years experience of providing one-to-one advice and mentoring for companies and management in the east of England. Prospective mentees choose which of the three Mentors best suits their needs and book a session online via the Harlow Business Mentors website Chris Greenhill commented “As part of the Government’s Mentorsme initiative, I often receive requests for business advice from people living a long way from my base in Harlow. Until now I could not offer them help that was economic for either of us but with our new service my colleagues and I can now provide affordable face-to-face help to anyone with web access. It’s especially attractive to people starting up but, as mentors, we cover the corporate life cycle from pre-start to succession and exit strategies.” The service is available from 7th May via the Harlow Business Mentors website Details of the three Mentors and their background can be found on the HBM website – www.harlowbusinessmentors.co.uk For more information email ianh@harlowbusinessmentors.co.uk or speak to Ian Hudson on 07817 778870 End
