LONG BEACH, Calif. - April 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Since its first airdate on March 19, 2013, "Ask The Chief" (ATC) star, Mikal Vega, a retired Navy SEAL has built up quite an audience on YouTube. The brainchild of online apparel company, Vision-Strike-Wear.Com, ATC hopes to reach out to the military community as a way to be a supportive sounding board for any topics our military veterans wish to discuss.

Mikal Vega, "the Chief" is a retired 22-year Navy SEAL who, in addition to ATC, has several movie roles (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3819620/resume) under his belt, including Transformers Dark of the Moon and the recently released G.I. Joe Retaliation.

This summer, Mikal will star in “Black, the web series (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2756312/)”, written, co-produced and directed by Frank T. Ziede, who will be our guest on tomorrow’s show. Frank chimed in a couple of weeks ago while we were live on-air with Chief Vega and garnered himself an invitation to the panel. Frank will share with us what it is like to work with Mikal on the set of BLACK, discuss in more detail what the web series is all about, and maybe we’ll get to hear more about Mikal’s “healthy appetite”.

For those of you who have been tuning in, you know that Mikal has founded Vital Warrior, an organization that offers non-pharmaceutical methods to help with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. Mikal has answered a few questions related to PTSS on the show and has even shared his personal journey through it and how he got to where he is today – drug-free! To learn more about Vital Warrior, visit their website at http://www.vitalwarrior.org. Vision-Strike-Wear.Com is proud to be a supporting member of Vital Warrior and hopes that along with “Ask the Chief” we can reach a broader audience of Veterans in need of a program such as Vital Warrior’s.

Lastly, as questions and comments keep pouring in, we will make every effort to answer them as promptly as we can. If you wish to ask questions while we’re live on air you can do so by tuning into our show on Google+ by adding us to your circles, joining us on Facebook or on YouTube by searching for and subscribing to Vision-Strike-Wear.Com.
