Streamsound Records Announces The Addition Of Tyler Waugh To The Promotion Team

April 29, 2013 - PRLog -- (Nashville, Tenn. – April 29, 2013) Streamsound Records has announced the addition of Tyler Waugh to the label’s promotion team.  Waugh will start the position immediately.

"I am beyond excited for the opportunity to work with Mike Culotta, Byron Gallimore, Jim Wilkes, Steve Richardson and the entire label staff at Streamsound Records,” said Waugh. “The new music I've heard from Dakota Bradley, Austin Webb, and Jaida Dreyer is amazingly compelling and the positivity and creativity coming from the top is infectious. This is going to be fun!"

Before joining Streamsound, Waugh was part of the promotion staff at Arista Nashville for four years. Prior to that, he held positions at RCA/Arista/J Records, Roadrunner Records and BMG Distribution/LA.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

“Tyler encompasses some of the best qualities that are in a promotion person,” said Streamsound President, Mike Culotta.  “He has been serving our industry for some time now and we believe he has the relationships, the drive, and the passion for the artists on our roster. We look forward to him joining our team.”

Streamsound Records was launched in 2012 by Grammy award-winning producer, Byron Gallimore (Tim McGraw, Sugarland, Faith Hill) and Jim Wilkes.  Artists on the roster include, Dakota Bradley, Jaida Dreyer and Austin Webb.
