“Psych is a huge hit with really vocal, supportive fans, and we’re very excited to offer them another way to engage with the show,” said Chris Lucero, Director of Global Licensing for NBCUniversal Television Consumer Products. “Cryptozoic has a reputation for creating high-quality cards for some of fandom’s biggest properties, and we’re pleased to partner with them for PsychTrading Cards.” With the support of NBCUniversal Television Consumer Products, Universal Cable Productions and USA, Cryptozoic’s PsychTrading Cards will feature randomly-inserted Autograph and Wardrobe cards, offering fans a chance to own a piece of the show. The cards will be available nationwide in 2013. “Psych is a great show with one-of-a-kind characters and a great sense of humor,” said Miranda Anderson, Cryptozoic’s trading card brand manager. “We’re really enjoying working with NBCUniversal and USA to make the trading cards as comprehensive as possible, picking out all the best moments from the show and highlighting fan-favorite outfits. Psych season seven premiered on Wednesday, February 27 at 10/9c.
