Flow Energy launches UK's cheapest Fixed Rate home energy tariff

Payable by monthly Direct Debit, in advance

Paperless billing with online account management

Paper bills can be added for £1.50 per fuel per month

Early exit fee of £30 per fuel if customers decide to leave before 31st August 2014
