April 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Recruitment and Temp Staff business is getting tough in Auckland. Since there is the success of a few established companies more and more join the hype of creating a Recruitment and Temp Staff Agency.
Craftbros was established in 2011 to create a difference towards Clients and Staff. The idea was to create a company which is constantly moving forward and using advanced technology as a support.
Now 2 years in and just finished celebrating the second year in business Craftbros is already an established name in Auckland's Hospitality Industry. The owner not shy of voicing his opinion and leading his team fair and square is always on the hunt for something `new` or to advance further.
Now Craftbros also has there `own` Head chef to interview and check skill level of the Craftbros kitchen crew. This is done in real scenarios being it cooking for Prince William at the London Olympics, the crazy loud and noisy Pukekohe Race Course during the ITM 400 were Craftbros supported the VIP catering or in your cafe around the corner. Wherever a Craftbros Client is there could be the chance of our Head chef checking on our staff and also liaising with our Clients. The Front of house team has also got there own support crew of 2 staff. So Craftbros is growing but still the small Company it wants to stay. As bigger we get as smaller we have to think, this is our new way of generating new and keeping `old `business. We love what were doing and we need constantly check on our systems and develope further.
This is exactly why Craftbros is moving into an office in the CBD.

While it has been good enough to run our company out of the home office or even out of our mobile office from Volkswagen, we now have reached a stage were we need to settle down so all channels of communication are coming together smoother and work process can be measured in real time.
The office also gives us the opportunity to have interviews any day and we have actually more time to spent with our Clients and Staff cause in the end of the day these are our 2 most important factors in our business.
