Champions Announced for the Lowcountry Down Syndrome Society Fourth Annual Night of Champions
“The Night of Champions is making a tangible difference in the business community. One of this year’s Champions, Townsend, was hired after his Owner Operator attended the Night of Champions last year,” said LDSS Night of Champions Chairperson, Allyson Harvin. Not only that but, “They are getting two additional tables because of the number of employees that want to attend to support him. To accommodate all of the requests, they are having a contest to see who gets to attend!” she said.
Harvin also added, “Our business community is being changed one life at a time, one night at a time. Opportunity follows in the wake left by education and advocacy.”
The Night of Champions awards and celebration will be in the ballroom of the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa ballroom on Thursday, May 9th beginning at 6 pm. Night of Champions celebrates the contributions made by differently-
