The Fifth Annual LoCo Pub Crawl Will Be Sponsored by Hilton Head Volkswagen

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - April 24, 2013 - PRLog -- As a dealership that takes pride in their role in the community, Hilton Head Volkswagen (http://www.newriverautomall.com/Volkswagen/) is pleased to be a major sponsor of the Fifth Annual LoCo Pub Crawl being held on April 27. Proceeds from the fundraiser support LoCo Motion, which raises money for the fight against breast cancer.

After taking a year off, the LoCo Pub Crawl is back by popular demand for a fifth year. The idea is for participants to patronize as many Old Bluffton establishments as possible. The last pub crawl attracted more than 300 participants, and Hilton Head Volkswagen is hoping to see another great turnout this year. The event will feature a number of new activities, including carnival games, trivia, a dunking booth, and much more.

Participating establishments in this year’s LoCo Pub Crawl include:

• Mi Terra’s

• 9 Promenade

• Bluffton BBQ

• Captain Woody’s

• Bluffton Seafood House

• Moon Mi Pizza

Participants are welcome to visit the participating establishments in whatever order and for however long they’d like. Food and drink specials will be offered, and those who visit all participating establishments will win a medal.

“Breast cancer affects so many of us, and we’re proud to be able to support an organization that helps fund the fight against this disease,” said Carmelo Cortz, General Sales Manager of Hilton Head Volkswagen. “It’s important to us that the funds stay right here in this community to help local women.”

This year, the event will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 27 around the Promenade in the Old Bluffton. Registration is $25, and more information is available on the event’s website (https://dothelocomotion.org/crawl-for-the-cure/).
