Argentina Introduces Electronic Submission and New Form for Transfer Pricing

April 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Amended Transfer Pricing Requirements:

§  The transfer pricing analysis report (interpreted by a public translator if prepared in a foreign language), together with the certification issued by an independent certified public accountant is to be filed in a digital format via the internet on the official website of the tax authorities.

§  The transfer pricing return will have to be filed via a prescribed new form. It will be required to have three digital signatures of (1) the taxpayer, (2) the CPA involved, and (3) a representative of the professional body that has licensed the CPA.

Obligation for Taxpayers

Taxpayers now need to implement a new filing process which includes analysing the new form, obtaining digital signatures and designing a process for online submission in order to avoid missing the transfer pricing deadlines, which may result in penalties, says Nair & Co.’s International transfer pricing services team.
