AccessData Kicks Off Fifth Annual Users’ Conference with CEO Keynote Address on Network Security

LINDON, Utah - April 23, 2013 - PRLog -- LINDON, UTAH - AccessData, a pioneer of digital investigations and litigation support solutions, announces the opening of its fifth annual AccessData Users’ Conference (ADUC). The conference is scheduled to run through April 25 and opens today with a keynote address from the company’s CEO, Tim Leehealey, who will talk about network security concerns, threats and solutions.

ADUC is being held at the Aria Las Vegas and in the next few days will feature hands-on training labs from leading instructors and experts covering topics such as:

•   Using 4-D Search to Find the Smoking Gun
•   File Folder Structure and Other Under-the-Hood Topics in E-Discovery
•   Ethical Considerations in E-Discovery
•   Law Firm Security--You Don’t Have to be an Easy Target

Along with the labs, the conference will offer an array of cutting edge lecture topics, including e-discovery and criminal law, law firm security and issues surrounding forensic recovery of deleted data. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 22 CPE credits and 16.5 MCLE credits, including 1.5 CLE ethics credits. Certification labs, product training bootcamps and the annual AccessData Advisory Council meeting will also occur during the conference.

The second day will showcase keynote speaker Dan Abrams, ABC News legal analyst, attorney and author. He will speak about the intersection between the media and the law today.
