Change Management Consultant Inducted Into Consulting Alliance

Timothy M. Maniccia, founder of Policy Innovation, Inc., in Albany, NY, was accepted for membership in the Consulting Alliance, an association of the Capital Region's leading independent consultants.
 
April 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Timothy M. Maniccia, founder of Policy Innovation, Inc., in Albany, NY, was accepted for membership in the Consulting Alliance, an association of the Capital Region’s leading independent consultants focused on professional learning and business development.  
Policy Innovation, Inc., is a consulting firm specializing in public policy design, finance and implementation.  The firm believes that successful organizational change happens one person at a time and that project sponsors are the keys to success.

Maniccia is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner. He holds an MPA degree from Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a BS degree in Business Education from the University at Albany.  He studied public policy analysis in the doctoral program at the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill.

Formerly, Maniccia was Deputy Secretary for the New York State Senate Finance Committee, Director of Operations for Albany County, Director of Operations for the Rensselaerville Institute and Executive Director of the New York State Government Finance Officers’ Association.

Maniccia resides in Slingerlands, NY.
