Houston Small Business Growth Led By Signage

HUMBLE, Texas - April 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Bart Peterschick, owner of the Humble Sign Company predicts strong growth in the Sign Industry in the Houston, Texas area.  Peterschick said, “Every indication is for growth.  He referenced the upcoming International Sign Association (ISA) conference in Las Vegas as one positive indicator.
He noted, “Sessions are up over previous years, particularly the educational sessions.  This almost always forecasts good business as everyone races to catch up with new technology and regulations.”
He said the when compared to 2011—the last year Expo was in Las Vegas—registrations to this point for have increased by twenty-nine per cent.  Peterschnick added, ‘For the first time the conference floor space has exceeded 200,000 square feet.”  The conference is April 3-6 at the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort in Las Vegas.
“Another good sign,” he said, “is the business conditions here in Houston. “  Peterschnick continued, “The newest data from the U. S. Bureau of Economic Analysis shows Texas is the second ranked state in the country in personal income growth.  And Houston is one of the leading areas of the state.”  He said Texas is growing at a 4.8 per cent rate while the country as a whole comes in at 3.7 per cent.  He believes, “This is good news for Houston businesses, certainly small businesses, and this means companies will invest in business growth.  Which is really good for the Sign Industry.”
