PRLog -- The conference, which set a new record by attracting a crowd over five hundred participants, consisted of Managers and Leaders from offices across the entire Mid-Atlantic Region. Speakers included top Managers, Organizational Consultants, and Senior National Consultants traveling in from various places. Vivid's team attended breakout sessions addressing topics such as leadership, goal setting, and developing a strong student mentality.
Assistant Manager Danny Baatz said, “It really is a great experience to listen and learn from such successful individuals who provide tips on how to better yourself professionally as well as get the chance to network with other people."
The highlight of the conference was the Top Leadership Award given out to one individual from each office attending the conference. The recipient of this quarter’s award was Top Account Representative Kara Burian.
Kara, a Communications major from Western Carolina University, competed for this award amongst her peers, she exemplifies compassion when working with others, discipline and attention to detail in her work, and has a "down for whatever" attitude.
