-- Chef Auriane Ugalde, of 775 Gastropub, has been honored as one of the country’s top culinary talents in the inaugural edition of Best Chefs America. This is the first-ever peer review guide of U.S. chefs, who were chosen after extensive interviews between their fellow chefs and Best Chefs America analysts.
Chef Auriane is the Executive Chef of 775 Gastropub located at 5162 Meadowood Mall Circle on the west side of the Meadowood Mall. Since it's establishment in May of 2010, Chef Auriane has been the heart and soul of the kitchen. 775 features a chef driven, seasonal menu with innovative and unique dishes utilizing fresh, local ingredients. In addition to the current seasonal house menu, Chef Auriane prepares weekly chef's specials. The new weekly specials menu is available every Friday.
Chef Auriane's passion for cooking began at an early ages. While she studied abroad in Spain, her home has always been here in Nevada. A native, born and raised in Fallon, Chef Auriane enjoys developing relationships with locals. 775 Gastropub is proud to serve Nevada beef from Alpine Ranch. This beef is both grass fed and finished. In addition to beef patties, Chef Auriane has designed a build-your-own burger menu, allowing patrons to choose from beef, turkey, bison, venison, homemade chorizo and veggie patties. There's something for everyone.
