After a little over a year of the seller trying to seek approval without an agent, the Rigley team decided to handle the file. With problems occurring, like getting bounced around from one Chase Short Sale representative to another, and after escalating the file to the Chase executive office they were able to get the file back on track. BUT, no more than a week later the Rigley Realty Group was told that the file was denied. It was then, that the Rigley Realty Group decided to go directly to Freddie Mac. With precise and detailed notes they were able to explain to Freddie Mac not only why the file should be reopened but why it should be approved. And just like that, they agreed. Not only did the Chase Short Sale department issue them an approval letter, they waived their right to seek deficiency and the Rigley Realty Group got their sellers $3000 in relocation assistance.
