Mod Livin' Presents: Susan Saarinen | Show & Tell

DENVER - April 15, 2013 - PRLog -- On Monday, April 15, 2013, Mod Livin' Modern Furniture (http://www.modlivin.com), the Denver-based purveyor of modern and mid-century modern home furnishings and accessories, announced their first time event with Susan Saarinen, Mod Livin' Presents: Susan Saarinen | Show & Tell, a weekend showing of Ms. Saarinen's artwork and a Friday  night conversation about her life and body of work as well as her family's legacy; namely her father, Eero Saarinen.

"We are incredibly excited to host Susan.  Her father is one of the forefathers of mid-century modern and the modern design movement.  He is responsible for so many timeless, iconic pieces, both in furniture and architecture.  He paved the way for so much in this field.  Beyond that, Susan is an incredibly talented woman and artist.  Her work is brilliant," said Jill Warner, Mod Livin's co-owner.

Mod Livin' Presents: Susan Saarinen | Show & Tell will be hosted at Mod Livin' (5327 E. Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220) on Friday, May 3rd, 2013 from 6PM to 8PM.
