-- The cast of the Internet-based weekly radio show ‘Fab 4 Free 4 All’ will sponsor a showing of the newly re-mastered film ‘Rockshow’
, a visual documentary of Paul McCartney’s 1976 ‘Wings Over America’ tour, for a charity event on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 7:30pm, at the dome theatre of The Reckson Center at the Museums at Mitchel - Cradle of Aviation. The Fab 4 Free 4 All, in conjunction with Specticast and Eagle Rock, will also host the event, which they consider a “perfect pairing”; Wings in the aviation museum. The Long Island-based cast has joined forces with two charities which will receive the net proceeds from this event. ‘Songs After Sandy’, a charity project begun in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, helps community-based restoration efforts in New York and New Jersey. ‘The Robin Hood Foundation’ has also launched a large-scale relief effort to aid our neighbors in the tri-state area whose lives have been shattered by Hurricane Sandy. Fab 4 Free 4 All has also collected Beatles and rock music related prizes that will be raffled off during the evening. Websites for the charities are www.songsaftersandy.com and www.robinhood.org. Tickets for this once-in-a-lifetime movie experience, the re-mastered ‘Rockshow’
at The Reckson Center at the Museums at Mitchel - Cradle of Aviation, are priced at $25.00 for general admission.
