Sponsored by Neighborhood Credit Union, the Emerging Artists program is designed to mentor students in the art world. Art teachers encourage their students to express themselves artistically and learn how to exhibit their work. Neighborhood Credit Union will award scholarships and prize ribbons at a reception honoring the art students.

The program is unique in that it is open only to art students in high school and college. Each student develops an art concept and an artist’s statement, and produces images of their work.
