This 56-story building offers a more open and team-oriented office space, allowing for better communication among employees and better customer service to customers. The larger office space will also help the company collaborate for product development and new business opportunities in the communities they serve. This iconic landmark is highly recognized in the energy community. While many businesses in the energy sector reside in the Renaissance Tower, the building is most recognized for being the home of Ewing Oil, the fictional oil company in the show Dallas, making this building a great fit for Clearview Energy. The new Clearview Energy headquarters was previously the Blockbuster headquarters, and many of the structural elements that made Blockbuster a creative space were kept to promote more creative thought leadership in the organization. “We expect the move to be really rewarding for the company,” said Frank McGovern, president and founder of Clearview Energy. “Business is growing exponentially and the bright, opened-space atmosphere of the Renaissance Tower will give us the resources we need to collaborate as a team.” The tower offers many amenities including two underground levels filled with many restaurants and retail shops, and well-equipped conference facility. Renaissance Tower is also the headquarters for Southwest Securities. The new Clearview Energy headquarters is located at 1201 Elm St. Suite 3200, Dallas, TX 75270. Clearview Energy, Inc.
