The Tenth Annual San Francisco Greek Film Festival will open on Monday, May 13th and will run through Sunday, May 19th, 2013, at the Delancey Street Screening Room, 600 Embarcadero Street, in San Francisco.  The SFGFF will showcase contemporary and classic Greek feature films and shorts from established and up-an-coming directors from Greece or of Greek decent.  Feature length films and shorts will be showcased each night, and all movies will have English subtitles.  

Comedy, drama, animation and documentaries are all part of the 2013 mix.  We are thrilled to once again provide a children’s program, which will include a short and feature film appropriate for our younger audience members.  For the second time this year, we will be presenting a People’s Choice Award at the end of the week to the director whose film gets the most votes by our attendees.  An opening night reception will take place immediately following the first night’s films, complete with authentic Greek appetizers, drinks and music at the Delancey Street Screening Room.  

Tickets and week-long passes, as well as a full description of all the films, and times, will be available online at www.grfilm.com. Subject to availability, tickets will be available at the door, and discounts are available for students with a valid student ID.
