Dr Kapoor joins Wagner Macula and Retina Center

HAMPTON, Va. - April 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Dr. Kapil Kapoor, a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal surgery, has joined Alan Wagner, M.D., F.A.C.S. at Wagner Macula And Retina Center.  
Dr. Kapoor received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Ohio State University. He obtained a medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston, completing his residency in Ophthalmology as Co-Chief Resident. Dr. Kapoor completed his fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at The Mayo Clinic.
 During his time at the University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston, Dr. Kapoor was recognized with the Resident Teaching Award and Chief of the Year Award while serving as a reviewer for several popular peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Kapoor has extensive research experience and is published in many national Ophthalmology journals.
