pTools Software Upgrades Analytics & Personalisation

MERRION SQUARE, Ireland - April 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Enterprise Web Content Management provider pTools today announced an upgrade of its System6 Web Content Management (WCM) Software as a Service (SaaS) designed to improve user analytics and content personalisation.

The new release leverages both Google Analytics and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio analysis services to allow users to view analytics reports as they manage and edit content in the system enabling better targeting and personalisation of content for site visitors.

In addition the update includes improved content contextualisation features enabling time and location based content to be delivered across desk-top, mobile and tablet devices for web, extranet and intranet from a single secure source. The company’s WCM SaaS delivery platform is seen as an important factor in this and increased estimates for growth of WCM SaaS are being driven by adoption of cloud computing.
