Franklin Foodservice Launches New Jan-San Website

Franklin Foodservice Solutions announces the launch of a new, comprehensive website providing information about the company’s Jan-San solutions.

SANIBEL ISLAND, Fla. - April 9, 2013 - PRLog -- SANIBEL, Fla. - Franklin Foodservice Solutions announces the launch of a new, comprehensive website providing information about the company's Jan-San solutions.  The website, http://www.Franklin-JanSan.com, provides a resource for Jan-San Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain professionals to use for information about building profitability.

Franklin Foodservice Solutions was formed in 1996, by foodservice consultant Dave DeWalt, in order to help manufacturers build their foodservice businesses. In 2005, the company had the opportunity to work with the Sanitary Supply Wholesale Association (SSWA), helping Jan-San suppliers quantify the costs and benefits of selling through wholesale redistributors. This new website is the result of an ongoing effort by Franklin Foodservice Solutions to provide an array of educational resources, specifically designed to increase the profitability and efficiency of Jan-San suppliers.

"Twenty years of experience has shown that foodservice suppliers can always increase profits by tightening the links between Supply Chain realities and Sales & Marketing decisions," says DeWalt. "When manufacturers understand their Total Fulfillment Costs for various order types, they can make well-informed decisions about Wholesaler Redistribution strategy, prices and policies. We're excited to bring this discipline to our friends in the Jan-San channel."

The Franklin Jan-San Solutions website provides up-to-date information about Supply Chain Cost Reduction, Redistribution Strategy, Pricing Practices, Product Line Optimization, and other topics of interest to manufacturers and wholesalers.  In addition, the website includes a library with archives of past Jan-San Marketing Insights commentaries. The library is also updated frequently with articles around the latest issues in the Jan-San industry.
