The Inventory of Scottsdale Homes for Sale Increases

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - April 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Update on the Scottsdale, Arizona Housing Market for March, 2013.

The homes for Sale inventory in Scottsdale has increased in March 2.9%.  In the previous few months there has been a low supply in homes listed in Scottsdale real estate market.  The low inventory of homes for sale were a hindrance for buyers wishing to purchase a home from the limited selection of houses.

Since February, the activity of homes sold in Scottsdale was high.  There was a jump of almost 30% from February to March.

Also notable is that, on the average, sellers are receiving almost asking price for the homes for sale.

Overall, the real estate market conditions in Scottsdale are brisk, quick closings, cash purchases and continuing to increase.
