Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel’s Blood Donation Drive

April 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Stemming from its firm belief in promoting a healthy lifestyle among its associates , and encouraging them to give back to the community, 94 of the Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel associates recently donated blood in the Hotel’s  first blood donation drive for 2013.

The hotel’s annual social responsibility initiative is organized twice a year, and aims to spread awareness among its associates on the benefits of donating blood and encourages them to take part in this initiative as an important element in carrying on a healthier lifestyle. Concurrently, donating blood serves the needs of the local community and supports the health care system by providing donations for lifesaving transfusions.

Commenting on the campaign, Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel General Manager Mr. Enda Mullin said: “We are happy to see these initiatives continue successfully every year and are very proud of the great response from all our associates. Starwood Hotels & Resorts encourages all its associates to adopt a responsible attitude to the local community and to the environment and our associates at the Sheraton have many such initiatives planned during the course of this year.   He continued, “I thank everyone who took part and we look forward to exceeding 100 participants when we have our second blood donation drive later this year.”
