Odom Health & Wellness Offering Outdoor Boot Camps in May!

MINNETONKA, Minn. - April 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Odom Health & Wellness (OHW)is offering outdoor boot camps to the public during the month of May. The outdoor boot camps are designed to be an engaging way for people to come together to celebrate health and fitness. The boot camps will take place every Thursday in May from 530 to 630 p.m.  Participants will meet at the OHW clinic and jog/walk together to Westwood Park of Minnetonka down the street. “We are always striving to make classes, like the boot camps, interesting and effective. With the weather anticipated to be nice during May, our personal trainers decided to move the classes outdoors,” said Dr. John Odom, MD, MPH. “Our certified personal trainer knows how to help people obtain results. And we added the flexibility of payment options too. People are free to drop-in for one class or pay a discounted rate when committing to all of the outdoor boot camp sessions. ”

Odom Health & Wellness is offering the outdoor boot camp classes at $15 dollars for a single session or $175 dollars for the entire program. The boot camp classes will start in May and run until mid-September, with classes dark the week of July 4th. “We are also hosting a free BBQ for participants on June 27th.  This program is a fantastic way to have people take control of their fitness regime, utilize our expert staff and find motivation and support,” continued Dr. Odom. Each outdoor boot camp will be taught by OHW’s certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
