DonnaInk Publications signs author Sean Pall and his title "TACT-27"
Author Sean Pall contracts with DonnaInk Publications for "TACT-27," the first in a series of novels following the exploits of Zig and Nicky, members of the clandestine DC Police Tactical Unit.
By: DonnaInk Publications
Tact 27 begins with Chief Vernon Willis, of the DC Police Dept., confirming the existence of covert group of investigators working within his department known as the Tactical Unit that was established to “fill the gaps” that occur between local and federal law enforcement in the National Capitol Area. Members of the Tactical Unit toil in deep cover performing long range investigations that often take years to accomplish often ending with numerous arrests across a wide area.
Nicky Nichols and Brandt Zigthaler are investigators assigned to the unit. Their team designation, Tact 27, is known to a handful of government officials. The partners become involved in their latest case when they discover the wife of a Naval Officer, assigned to the Naval Research Lab, has traded their family car for crack cocaine. As questions arise over the wife’s addiction, she is found murdered and the husband has disappeared along with classified documents that were removed from the lab.
As Tact Team 27 continues their investigation they will expose an international scheme of turning US military personnel and their dependents into addicts willing to sell or trade secrets for drugs.
Tact 27 is based upon author Sean Pall’s thirty-five years of experience as a federal agent working and living in Washington, DC. He now resides with his wife in Naples, Florida.
