ASA Awards First Ad Valorem/Mass Appraisal Specialty Designation to Michigan Assessor

 
RESTON, Va. - April 5, 2013 - PRLog -- The American Society of Appraisers (http://www.appraisers.org/) is pleased to announce the awarding of its first Ad Valorem/Mass Appraisal specialty designation offered by the Society’s Real Property discipline to Independence Township, Michigan based Kristen Sieloff.

Ms. Sieloff serves as the town’s Director of Assessing and holds an MMAO(4) – the highest level of assessment certification in the state of Michigan. She has more then 20 years experience as an assessor and is a member of the Michigan Assessors Association, where she has served as an instructor for the association’s state assessor certification program.

Four (4) CE credits will be offered to assessors, brokers and appraisers

·         Evaluating Residential Construction—Co-sponsored with the Oakland County Association of Assessing Officers (OCAAO)

$125 for members/non-members
Seven (7) CE credits will be offered to assessors, brokers and appraisers
