About the Association
The Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America is a national organization comprised of committed lawyers who have joined to help eliminate illegal and unsafe interstate trucking practices through litigation, legislation, and learning. Every member has pledged to aggressively work within the law to achieve the ultimate goal of reducing the number of crashes, injuries, and deaths caused nationwide by the unsafe practices of trucking companies. The Role of the National Advisory Board
An essential part of the APITLA, the National Advisory Board is a voluntary, unpaid group of attorney citizens from across the nation who gives the Association innovative counsel and guidance in the methods of legislation, litigation, and learning in order to help the Association achieve their mission.
