Corner Property Management Welcomes Laurie Nieliwocki

SPRINGFIELD, N.J. - April 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Springfield, NJ – Corner Property Management (CPM) is proud to welcome Laurie Nieliwocki as the latest addition to their team.  Laurie brings her years of experience dealing with small and large-scale communities, which will add additional value to their mission and commitment to excellence.

         Laurie worked in the development of both residential and commercial properties for the past several years primarily in Northern and Central New Jersey.   She brings a varied background of community projects and involvement.  Her association with the R.O.A.R.S (Restore Our Area Recreation Space) program redeveloped multiple playgrounds throughout her local community.  Laurie’s involved as a community leader with the Parent Teacher Organization both as President, for three years, and as the Scholarship Committee Chairperson for the past thirteen years.  

         Laurie’s strength lies in her commitment to excellent client care and problem resolution. She assists communities in working towards attaining their goals and managing their financial expectations in the process.  She’s driven by her personal commitment to each of her clients to address their concerns and work together to achieve overall improvements for all parties involved in the process.
