Critically Acclaimed Author Elizabeth Allen to Read at UCF Book Festival April 13th!

First public reading this year and a sneak peek at her young adult science fiction tale "Ima Pigg" - the first scifi novel to include vegetarians, shape-shifters, adorable raccoons and world domination!

ORLANDO, Fla. - April 4, 2013 - PRLog -- For the 4th year now, the UCF Book Festival, in association with the Morgridge International Reading Center at the University of Central Florida, will be held on April 13, 2013, from 9:00am until 4:30pm.

Join us for one of Florida's premier literary events, featuring renowned national and local authors, book signings and sales, a vibrant marketplace, book appraisals, and special children's activities.

 This year the festival is pleased and proud to welcome noted author,
     Elizabeth Allen
     known for her edgy yet therapeutic memoirs
     Who Got Liz Gardner •  Discovering Arugula
Ms. Allen will be on hand to sign copies of her books but will also delight festival goers with a live reading at 12:40pm in the UCF Author Zone in the Marketplace.
Ms. Allen will also be available to discuss her new book Ima Pigg - a young adult dystopian tale which has already been described as a cross between "Charlotte's Web" and "Invasion of the Body Snatchers".

The 2013 UCF Book Festival will be held April 13, 2013 at the UCF Arena in Orlando.
