Global Higher Education Innovator Selected to Give Harrisburg University's 2013 Commencement Address

April 4, 2013 - PRLog -- One of the leading investors and innovators in the global higher education industry will give the 2013 Commencement Address at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
David Figuli, Managing Director of University Ventures, will address Harrisburg University’s Class of 2013 on Thursday, May 9, during Commencement ceremonies scheduled for 6:30 p.m. in the Forum Auditorium at 500 Walnut Street in Harrisburg.

He has also published books and articles on higher education management issues and has presented hundreds of seminars for the leading post-secondary associations as well as major colleges and universities.

Prior to entering private practice, David served as the General Counsel for the South Dakota University System and Chief Legal Counsel for the Montana University System. He also served as the General Counsel to Regis University, where he developed their licensing division which grew into 30+ partnerships with colleges and universities around the world.
