April 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Palm Beach County, FL – Members of the German Rotary Club will make their official U.S. stop at Bethesda Hospital East, the flagship of the nonprofit Bethesda Health hospital network, and Abbey Delray, a nonprofit senior living community, to gain a better understanding of health care practices.

The group of five German health care professionals will visit Abbey Delray on Thursday, April 11, from 12:30-3:30 p.m. and Bethesda Hospital East on Friday, April 12 from 2:30-4:30 p.m.

“The main goal of this program is for everyone to learn more about various types of health care, and how it’s funded and delivered in different parts of the world,” said Shawn Perrigo, executive director of Abbey Delray. “By doing so, we’re able to take away valuable insight and deliver an even higher level of service to residents at our community, as well as strengthen our relationships with our medical partners in the Palm Beach County area.”
