NUTTY STEPH’S ON THE PACIFIC CREST TRAIL

Middlesex, Vermont April 3, 2013 - The shopkeepers at Nutty Steph’s (http://www.nuttystephs.com/) love when people come in and say that they would like some Magic Chunks (http://www.nuttystephs.com/magic-chunks), Nutty Steph’s Granola (http://www.nuttystephs.com/granola), or Trail Mix (http://www.nuttystephs.com/granola/trail-mix-24oz) to bring along on a hike or afternoon of skiing. These nutrient rich foods contain just the right amount of protein and carbohydrates, making them a perfect snack for athletic activities. Recently Nutty Steph’s was thrilled to be asked by Colin Arisman if they’d be willing to donate some Nutty Steph’s products for his hike along the Pacific Crest Trail. The 2,650 mile trail begins at the Mexican border and ends at the Canadian border. Colin has been dreaming about making this trek for three years. He and Casey Gannon, his good friend from their days at Montpelier High school, will embark on the hike together. They will spend five months on the trail, so Nutty Steph’s has stocked them up with several pounds of granola goodies to provide them with the perfect energy source on their incredible Pacific Crest journey.

The team will be posting about their adventures on the Muscles not Motors blog. Colin’s first post can be found here- http://www.musclesnotmotors.com/blog/view/on_the_brink_co...
