The are two main underwear choices when deciding what to use post birth:

- Use old knickers / panties that you are going to throw away very shortly

- The cotton disposable underwear is individually wrapped for maximum hygiene and easily fits into a handbag or hospital bag. The underwear is usually sold in packets of five which are not much bigger than the palm of your hand

Cotton disposable underwear is also suitable for travel, hospital and emergencies
