BetterBuyShop Celebrates Website's First Birthday
1 year after the launch of their ecommerce website, BetterBuyShop reflects on its success.
With such progress there has been an enormous amount of change within the business which has made this a year to remember. Below we have listed the key changes and events that have shaped our year.
Larger customer base
Our new website took off like a rocket which attracted customer from all over. However, we have not forgotten about all of our loyal customers who regularly receive newsletters to let them know about the latest deals, news and upcoming events. Whether you are a first time customer or a regular, you will always be looked after by our excellent sales team who aim to get you the best deals possible, and our fantastic after-sales team who will continue to provide support long after you have received your furniture.
Increase in staff
In all departments of the business we have significantly increased the number of staff. This means that thing can be sent faster, and after-sales support can be given more effectively!
Across all ranges we have massively increased the diversity of our products. In particular our ever popular Corona furniture (http://www.betterbuyshopfurniture.co.uk/
Since the start of February we have had a huge sale on hundreds of our products, in which we have reduced product prices by up to 60%. As the sale has proven so spectacularly popular we have decided to extend it to run right through to then end of April which is a month longer than we first planned.
Dedication to becoming eco-friendly
