Beacon's CFO, Brian Smith, Nominated as Finalist for Tech Council of MD Awards

BEL AIR, Md. - March 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Beacon announced that Chief Financial Officer, Brian Smith, was selected as a finalist for CFO of the Year by the Tech Council of Maryland. Award finalists will be announced at TCM’s annual dinner and awards celebration to be held in Bethesda, Maryland on May 16th.

Mr. Smith was nominated for CFO of the Year due to his tremendous leadership during Beacon’s transition out of the 8(a) program graduation, his strong strategic vision, ability to see the big picture, and his instrumental role supporting Beacon’s strategic initiative to achieve ISO:9001 certification.
