Veraxia CRES also represented the property owner, CI 1996 LLC, in the lease agreement with DiDonato, Randazzo and MS Depot LLC for the adjacent “Freight House” property at 55 W. Lehigh St.
DiDonato and Randazzo have taken over the management of the Wooden Match and have plans to open the Freight House as a wine bar and upscale deli/charcuterie, pending Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board approval.
