Workout Finishers 2.0 Review - Increase Fat Burning With Workout Finishers 2.0
Workout Finishers 2.0 by Mike Whitfield has finally hit the market. Does it live up to the original Workout Finishers? Or does it fall short? Are workout finishers actually effective?
If you want to read my in-depth review on Workout Finishers 2.0 then head on over to my blog here;
Workout Finishers Vs Workout Finishers 2.0
In first edition of Mike's program you were given 5 PDFs.
The Workout Finishers PDF
In this part of the program, Mike gave us 40 different workout finishers, that were designed to maximize the amount of fat your burn in every workout.
Cardio Finishers, Bodyweight Finishers, Torch Workout Manual and The TT for Abs program.
Now I always thought there was something missing from this program. The workout finishers contained in the program DID work, however I felt as if Mike had left a few things out - I didn't think he went into as much detail as maybe he should have.
And then along came Workout Finisher 2.0.
As it happens I stumbled across Mike's new program by accident just casually surfing the net - which led me buying the new edition and checking it out.
The main thing that hits me from the off is the amount of detail he's given this time. Not only are you given more finishers this time, but everything is based around a fantastic idea called Metabolic Stacking.
What is Metabolic Stacking?
Well its quite simple really, it's all based around 4 different variables;
1. Density (Regarded by many as the key to fat loss)
2. Activity Recovery (great for fat loss)
3. Well Though-out Rest Periods
4. High Volume using unique reps and sets schemes.
I go into more detail in my longer review over on my blog.
Now the question really is, does Workout Finishers 2.0 work? And if so does it work better than the previous edition?
Well firstly let me answer the first one.
Yes, Workout Finishers does work - very well indeed. Why? Well with the introduction of Metabolic Stacking your not only just adding a simple workout finisher to your workouts, your actually increasing the amount of fat you burn at the end of your workout while still destroying any fat loss plateau.
In response to the second question, does it work better than the previous version - the answer is again yes.
This whole Metabolic Stacking idea is fantastic.
If your trying to lose weight and burn fat then Workout Finishers 2.0 is probably what you've been looking for.
