The conference will tackle the fundamental issues of raising the status and quality of the workforce, building a stronger workforce by focusing on training and qualifications as well as address the role of Ofsted and the Teaching Agency moving forwards.  You will hear from key stakeholders from across the sector, who will share best practice case studies and suggest how you can meet the challenges of new policy, ensuring a high quality valued and empowered workforce.
