Organomation Unveils New State of the Art Website

March 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Berlin, MA, March 26, 2013 – Organomation unveils the company’s new state of the art website which can be viewed at http://www.organomation.com/.  This latest version of the company’s homepage will provide enhanced customer support and a brand new online store.

In a blog entry posted to the site, Sales and Marketing Manager David Oliva stated “we are proud to say that this is the best version of Organomation.com to date due to the sites’ informational resources and ease of use.  We would like to thank Bartlett Interactive for their great design and development work.”

The blog is just one of the website’s impressive new features.  Other tools include search functionality and a sitemap for easy navigation.  Organomation’s online customer support has been dramatically improved with a knowledge base featuring critical product information.  Also, a support ticketing system has been integrated into the support section to help customers connect with the company’s technicians.

Possibly the largest addition to the website is the online store.  Domestic customers of Organomation will be able to place credit card orders for popular accessories, such as Pasteur Pipette Adapters (catalog number NA0636), for Organomation’s popular N-EVAP nitrogen evaporator product line.
