BAZAAR Restaurant Launches in Lagos.

VICTORIA ISLAND, Nigeria - March 26, 2013 - PRLog -- BAZAAR is an upscale contemporary restaurant that is located on the 4th floor of Mega Plaza in the city of Lagos, Nigeria. The restaurant has a perfect atmosphere for business lunches, meetings, corporate events, private parties, cocktails or eat-outs with friends and family.

The designs of the restaurant are inviting with warm tones, touches of wood, candles, fresh flowers, ethnic artwork and you are serenaded with soft music as you dine. It is tastefully furnished with 62 seats set for fine dining and consists of a private dinning room, a wine and cocktail bar and the restaurant has an access to the De-marquee rooftop patio.
The exquisite restaurant is set to launch on Saturday, the 30th of March 2013 with a Red Carpet reception.

Bazaar Restaurant will be doing weekly brunch parties with a different set menu of options to choose from, keeping it interesting, unique.

The Bazaar concept is inspired by ancient spice markets and is reflected in not only its variety of flavoured and spiced menu, but in its decor as well.

A variety of breakfast and brunch dishes are offered as well as assorted dishes for dinner and to cater to calorie conscious customers, there is a selection of healthy options to choose from.

The Executive Chef at BAZAAR is self taught and is very passionate about cooking as she has been cooking professionally for years. She has a background in private & corporate catering, nutritional meal planning, & restaurant consulting.  Her culinary techniques involve fusion, cuisine, combining many different spices & ingredients.

The exquisite restaurant will be doing weekly brunch parties with a different set menu of options to choose from. We will be hosting many theme parties to attract new customers & keep the restaurant interesting, unique, & constantly changing & growing.
