Orange County Leaders Celebrate Women's Heritage Month

Top Orange County community leaders are joining hands in celebrating Women's Heritage Month. The “Salute to Asian Women” event on Thursday, March 28, 2013 will include a Business Mixer, Dinner, and Discussion Panel.
 
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - March 25, 2013 - PRLog -- (Asian American Journal) -- Top Asian American community leaders in Orange County are joining hands in celebrating Women's Heritage Month.   In the Unites States during the month of March, Women's Heritage Month, also known as Women's History Month, is an annual declared month worldwide that highlights the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society.  The theme of the Orange County celebration is "Salute to Asian Women."  Culminating the month long celebration is a festive event that will include a Business Mixer, Dinner, and Discussion Panel.

Entrepreneurs and professionals, men and women alike, in or visiting Orange County are invited to attend this event on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 6:00 PM.  The event is at Tandoor - Indian Cuisine at 1132. El Katella Avenue in the city of Orange, CA.

This year, the discussion topic is "How Asian Women Face Challenges and Overcome Them in the Business World."  Kim Yen, President of the Asian American Business Women's Association (AABWA) will be moderating the panel.  Panel guests are Rubina Chaudhary, President, MARRS Services, Inc., Mariam Khosravani, Executive Director, Coastline Community College Foundation, and Ms. Virgelia Villegas, President, Virgelia Productions, Inc.
