Previously, in January of 2010, Mr. Katz obtained a judgment for Mr. Gordon and against Mr. Harmon in connection with a promissory note executed between Mr. Gordon and Mr. Harmon. In that action, Mr. Katz obtained an award of $1.367 million dollars for Mr. Gordon. Gordon’s attorney Jefferey Ogden Katz is experienced on the legal side of professional sports and is a notable media source for outlets like ESPN and Sports Illustrated on issues of professional liability.
