This is about Charlotte, with her 30th birthday looming she wanted to do something really special to celebrate – a weekend in a New Forest hotel, spa day and kayaking was the perfect girls weekend!

She says "Our kayaking session was planned for Saturday afternoon, and although I had a few butterflies, the staff knew just how to put me at ease. After teaching us some basic skills, we were off down the Beaulieu River, under paddle power.To be honest, I didn’t think I’d enjoy it as much as I did, but it’s so pretty there and it was great fun spotting the local wildlife and learning a bit about them.   The fresh air and exercise gave us a glow and Holly had a smug smile on her face for the whole afternoon, especially when I admitted that I’d loved every minute of it."

She summed up; A perfect combination of exercise and fun, a chance to learn new skills and an opportunity to bond with your mates – all in an absolutely perfect setting.
