Birth Me Stones is an inspired by the inner belief that a birthing woman has to trust in herself and in her body to birth her baby in the most sacred rite of passage. The Birth Me Stones are affirmations which can be a constant reminder to the birthing woman to believe in all that is true about herself and the strengths that lies within her. Holding these stones in the months, weeks and days before the birth day even as a daily ritual of meditation can bring the birthing woman into the awareness that all is occurring as it should, that the process within her is unfolding and on the birth day when waves of contractions come and go the Birth Me Stones are a constant reminder to the woman of the transcending powers within her to accept all that she feels, to relinquish all fear and to open up to the moment when she will be holding her beautiful baby.
