New Seattle property management company strikes gold with new offering

SEATTLE - March 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Seattle, WA – March 22, 2013 – Full Service Property Management opened doors just a little over a year ago and is already poised to be a major player in the Seattle metro rental market.  

Steady and aggressive growth has marked Full Service PM’s success, but it has been its business model that has been the backbone to its meteoric rise.  Full Service PM threw the conventional property management business model out the window!

With no lease-up fees to owners, in-house maintenance, and a paperless business model, Full Service has been able to keep costs to owners at rock bottom levels.  Coupled with a strong rental market in the Seattle metro area, the result has been increased cash flow to their owners.
