WHITTIER, Calif. - March 22, 2013 - PRLog -- E-Discovery in Perspective: Insights into a Rapidly Developing Field will be held on Sunday, April 7 from 9 am to 5 pm at Whittier Law School (http://www.law.whittier.edu/). Presented by the Whittier Law School Institute for Trial and Appellate Practice, and co-sponsored by the Orange County Bar Association (http://www.ocbar.org/), this event features over a dozen experts who will examine cutting-edge issues in e-discovery from a variety of perspectives: investigative, technological, international, judicial, economic, ethical and governmental.

The event offers participants 7 general California MCLE credits, including 1 Ethics MCLE credit. The cost is free to students enrolled in any law school; $30 for members of the Orange County Bar Association and Whittier Law School alumni, and $50 to the general public.
